Caring from a distance

The weight of caring
from a distance.

Every adult child caring for an aging parent knows this feeling. You cannot be there. You cannot see what is happening. And a quick phone call is not enough.

"Did you take your medication?"

You call every day. They say yes. But you never really know. And you feel guilty for not trusting them, and guilty for not checking harder.

You only find out after the ER visit.

The blood thinner she skipped for a week. The insulin he forgot three days in a row. You only learn about it when something goes wrong. By then it is already too late to prevent.

The rest of the family does not know.

You are the one who calls. Your siblings do not know how often Mom is struggling. There is no shared picture. Just one person carrying the information, and the worry, alone.

A caregiver's reality

You love them too much to stop worrying.
Eva gives you a reason to.

Long-distance caregiving is one of the most emotionally exhausting things a person can do. The uncertainty is the hardest part, not the logistics, not the calls, not the visits. Just not knowing.

Eva checks in every day. She confirms they took their medications, notes how they're feeling, and reaches you immediately if anything looks wrong. You stay in the loop without hovering. They stay independent without falling through the cracks.

How Eva helps

She watches so you do not
have to carry it alone.

1

Eva checks in every day

Eva greets your parent by name, asks how they are feeling, and confirms their medications. She also follows up after doctor appointments, so you hear what happened without having to call right after every visit.

2

You get alerts when it matters

If a dose is missed, if a check-in goes unanswered, if vitals look off, Eva sends you a real-time notification. Not every small thing. Only the things that warrant a call.

3

The whole family sees the same picture

Add siblings, spouses, or other caregivers to the account. Everyone gets the same alerts and dashboard. No more one person carrying all the information.

What healthcare professionals
are saying about Cureva.

"One of the biggest challenges in healthcare is helping patients stay consistent once they leave the office. Instead of overwhelming people with complex tracking, it gives patients and their families an effortless way to stay on top of routines, track subtle health changes, and keep everyone aligned between appointments. When patients bring real, organized data into their follow-up visits, it completely changes our clinical conversations for the better."

Common questions

Everything family
caregivers ask.

How does Cureva alert family members when a dose is missed?
When a parent does not confirm a dose at their scheduled time, Eva sends a real-time push notification to every connected family member within minutes. The alert includes the medication name, scheduled time, and how long it has been overdue. Because the whole caregiver group is notified simultaneously, there is no delay caused by one sibling forwarding information to another. Cureva only alerts when something actually needs attention, so every notification is meaningful.
Can multiple family members monitor a parent's health through Cureva?
Yes. Up to five family members can be added to a single account. Every connected caregiver receives the same real-time alerts and has access to the full dashboard: medication history, daily check-in summaries, and vitals trends. When siblings are in different cities or time zones, everyone sees the same picture. Adding a caregiver takes under a minute, and the primary account holder controls access.
What happens if my parent does not respond to Eva's daily check-in?
If a parent does not respond to Eva's daily check-in within a set window, Eva makes a follow-up attempt. If there is still no response, she sends a missed check-in alert to every connected caregiver. This alert is separate from missed-dose alerts, so caregivers know their parent has not responded at all, not just that a medication was skipped. The notification arrives in real time, giving the family time to call or take action.
Does my parent need a smartphone to use Cureva?
Yes. Cureva is an iOS and Android app. Your parent installs Cureva and Eva initiates the check-ins each day. The interface is designed to be simple and conversational, so it works well for users who are not tech-savvy. Eva does the work. Your parent just needs to respond.
Is my parent's health data private?
Yes. Health data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Cureva never sells health information or shares it with third parties. Only connected caregivers the primary account holder has approved can see the dashboard. You can read the full privacy policy at cureva.app/privacy.
How much does Cureva cost for a family caregiver?
Cureva's Family plan includes caregiver dashboards, missed-dose alerts, and up to five connected family members. Pricing will be announced at launch. A free 7-day trial is included, no payment required to start. See cureva.app/pricing for details.
