Delete Your Account & Data
You have the right to delete your account and all associated personal data at any time. Here's how.

Profilein the bottom navigation - 3Scroll to
Privacy & Data - 4Tap
Delete All My Data - 5Confirm - this action is permanent and cannot be undone
Email [email protected] with the subject line "Delete My Account" from the email address on your Cureva account. We will permanently delete your account and all data within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile information
- All medications, doses, and adherence history
- Vitals, symptoms, and health logs
- Doctor's notes and appointment records
- All chat history with Eva
- Caregiver connections and shared access
- Any uploaded documents or files
